HOW TO USE

Apply the cream morning and evening to the areas with circular movements.

• Legs and Buttocks : massage from the ankles towards the buttocks.
• Arms: spread the cream and let it absorb starting from the wrists up to the armpits.
• Abdomen : apply starting from the sternum up to the back.

It is recommended to carry out a treatment for at least 30 days to activate the preventive action of the cream. Supplement it with a healthy diet and exercise to amplify the results!
